Welcome to the Food and Beverage department, the hospitality group at Mathenge Technical Training Institute. The department trains in courses in food production and food and beverage service in craft and Diploma levels as follows:

STUDENTS IN THE WORKSHOP

 All the above named courses are examined by Kenya National Examinations Council.

The curriculum focuses on equipping the student with culinary skills to prepare, cook and serve local and international dishes in the kitchen. In the restaurant section the students are trained in service and sales skills topped up with social etiquette.
